Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst is Toronto Metropolitan University’s national centre for training, innovation and collaboration in cybersecurity. We run the Accelerated Cybersecurity Training Program — the leading cybersecurity training program in Canada, graduating over a hundred qualified cyber professionals each year.
The program is specifically designed to support employers, like you, to hire top cybersecurity talent quickly. With new cohorts graduating every February, June and October, our talent pool is filled with highly skilled candidates ready to make an impact at your organization.
We are highly selective — only 1 in 9 applicants are admitted into our intensive, seven-month program. Graduates go on to earn three ANSI-accredited, internationally recognized GIAC certifications (GFACT, GSEC and GCIH).
We also equip program participants with skills in business operations, decision making, strategic planning and customer service, allowing them to work in a variety of roles, including:
We prioritize diversity, and our graduates have a broad variety of personal and professional experiences which provide them with unique perspectives on cybersecurity threats.
"The Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst program has quickly become our preferred hiring partner for sourcing top-notch cybersecurity candidates. The program provides the training, experience, certifications, and support needed to ensure candidates can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact in their new role or career. We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Catalyst program and hiring many more of the amazing cybersecurity professionals graduating from the program."
"ORION has been working with Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst since their launch, and we are pleased to have hired graduates from the Accelerated Cybersecurity Training Program. Each hire has brought strong cybersecurity skills in addition to their prior experiences. They are already making a difference in improving the cybersecurity posture of our higher education constituents."
